No way they only had one death in the last 24 hours. The response to that would be re-opening Wuhan, not closing six other nearby cities and canceling Chinese New Year everywhere else.

Agreed. So that means a couple of different things could be happening. 1 the government is still trying to hide the severity of the event. Or people are dying so fast they stop counting for now and are just trying to mitigate the problem and will do the counting later. Either way it's not good

The Brazos County Health Department said the student had recently traveled to Wuhan, China where the coronavirus originated.

Both my son and daughter go there. They received an all campus text alert earlier in the day. The female had traveled from Wuhan over Christmas break and is supposedly an exchange student. I will let y'all know what the buzz is when I find out more. I'm a very nervous Mom right now.
