We don't know if it is actually Ncovid19 if they don't test for it.
They haven't been testing for Ncovid19 unless the patient personally traveled to China.

So, How many? could be a lot.

The outbreak is getting worse, not better. That should tell you all you need to know. It's going to do the same here(and everywhere else) as it is in China. The question is when not if.
