I keep flu rated breathing masks in my home all the time.

I pretty much never eat any food that isn’t prepared by me or my wife. I wash my hands, avoid contact with strangers and stay away from anyone with any visible or audible illness symptoms.

My wife is a teacher, she puts her clothes in laundry and showers immediately after school.

Vitamin C, lots at onset or even to prevent, makes your PH acidic and the usual virus bug can’t survive in you or at the least it can’t thrive. Will it work on this? Most likely. Vitamin C won’t hurt you, your body washes through the excess.

Have only read up on how to treat colds and minimise the occurrence of pneumonia, like avoiding cold remedies which suppress coughs and fevers, sleeping with chest and head elevated to encourage coughing and exhalation of mucus, drinking fluids regularly etc . Those things can minimise the occurrence of pneumonia

The reason colds and flu are more prevalent in the winter and not so much in the summer is VITAMIN D3. It’s the most underrated supplement ever, and isn’t really a vitamin but a steroid.

As usual, in the 1930s they found the upper safe level is around 300 ng/ml. So, to be safe, they said that 100 ng/ml is safe. Then they said optimal was about 30 ng/ml, when optimal is around 100 ng/mg. Most people never get enough sun for their bodies to make D3, even in the summer. For most of us we are hiding inside watching tv and looking at GLP for the latest DOOM. Hiding from the cold or hot or rain or sunburn.

Optimal D3 can prevent many diseases including reducing your odds of getting the flu by 90%. Most people need 30,000 IU of D3 per day to keep your level of D3 at around 100 ng/ml. It can take a month to get to optimal level. It takes a blood test to be exact.

Numerous studies give me little faith in vitamin C, probiotics, or most of the B vitamins.
I do take daily magnesium, b12, NAC (n-Acetylcysteine), CoQ10, Boron, 30K D3, l-lysine, K2.
