There has never been a successful vaccine for SARS or any other coronavirus. Also, no treatment or cure. Yeah, I know. The "vaccine" would likely just be the live virus. Kinda like the Indian blankets. If a "vaccine" is released in the next year do not on your life get it. It will not be a vaccine at all.
