In the beginning of this impeachment trial, Chuck Schumer introduced amendments to the Impeachment which were voted DOWN, to ask the Senate to call witnesses and provide documents. Since the Senate knows what the constitution requires them to do, they told the Dems to fuck off. Do your own fucking job, they siad. We the Senate are only the Jury. Now why do you think they all did that? IT'S NOT THEIR FUCKING JOB, DUMBASSES! It's the burden lain upon the accuser to provide evidence, including witnesses, to prosecute a defender. END OF FUCKING STORY. Can they call witnesses; YES. Will they? Apparently not; so are your agreements a fucking requisite? Have they been a requisite the entire trial? Nope...

Since many of you don't grasp this concept, let me try and help. It was the HOUSE'S job to produce witness testimony in the HOUSE. It's not the senate's job to provide the HOUSE with witnesses, or data of any sort. Think of the Senate as like the jury. The Lawyers take the data to the court and try it all across the floor for the Jury to make their decision. Imagine the defense lawyers asking the Jury to produce witness and documents????

They want to call NEW witnesses that were not interviewed in the house hearing

They didn’t want to wait for some witnesses because they said they had to impeach him quickly, to effect the 2020 election

It’s not the senate’s responsibility to call new witnesses because the house didn’t want to do their homework

If their case is so air tight then the witnesses they did call during their hearing should suffice

They can’t have it both ways, you can’t say we have concrete proof then say but we need more witnesses to prove it
