In fact, I think it's time we heard from the whistleblower. Quoting: vEyeSea Let's call some Ukranians, like the one that Yovanavich gave a 'do not prosecute' list to (that she testified under oath she never did.) And lets get their phone records from that period, including their govt issued blackberries. Exactly, call the witnesses you claim proved your case beyond a doubt ~With forethought and malice Whitless enacted an EO giving nursing homes immunity from wrongful death prosecutions, forced them to take in infected patients and is responsible for over 6500+ nursing home deaths~ |

And 70% of the public, including 80% of Democrats and 73% of Republicans, said senators should "act as impartial jurors" during the trial. Yes but those surveyed want different witnesses and for different reasons. That is the important part. |

Here is the deal and it's Constitutional. The House cannot add any (((New))) witnesses after they had sent the articles of impeachment to the US Senate. The House cannot come to the trial at the Senate and say we want to add new witnesses. Nope cannot do that because the House already impeached President Trump uses their witnesses. It's not the US Senate's job to do over the House's job.........period! I don't give a damn how many fake ass polls you throw at it, Impeachment of the POTUS has a written in stone Constitutional process that was laid down over 200 years ago. |

No where in it was there mentioned a crime that President Trump committed. hearsay and or water fountain rumor is not evidence and does not stand up in a court of law. Because you do not like somebody does not count for prosecuting him either. By the way The House already called all their witnesses and voted to impeach based on their witnesses. The House cannot come to the US Senate trial and demand they call more witnesses for their side. It's not the US Senates job to do over The House's work.......period! It's really not that hard to comprehend...if comprehension is your goal... That's why there will be a vote on witnesses and documents later in the trial. I'm just stating what 72% of Americans want. Read what you posted. They want witnesses who have FIRSTHAND knowledge of what they allege took place. People who were on the call, who were directly in the room. Oddly enough there weren't a lot of people called by the Dems that met that criteria. Don't forget trump blocked the key witnesses. And documents. |
