Quoting: Dr Doolittle 78359658 More effective but harder for some is to use an inhaler. Dilute the 3% food grade h2o2 down to 1.5% by adding half sterile water and inhale directly into lungs 3x a day. Disinfect both ears by 3% h2o2 a few drops directly in the ear with head tilted. Close with cotton. Wait until oxydising noise stops. Remove cotton and dry ear. Repeat for other ear. Do this once a week. Good luck and Stay safe. I prefer the inhaler, if I can find where I put it. Buy a saline inhaler from the pharmacy, pour it out and add 1.5% H2O2. Inhale occasionally throughout the day. I don't have the time or the crayons to explain this to you. Slake Blake |

Buy a saline inhaler from the pharmacy, pour it out and add 1.5% H2O2. Inhale occasionally throughout the day. That's how I got my first inhaler. Dump contents - discard half and add 3% until you get the original amount that came out. Pour back into inhaler and you are good to go. Remember the initial total amount in case you run out and have to refill. Typical inhaler contains around 0.15 ounces if I recall correctly. |

If you go to wipe down anything you better have full face guard (not just eye protection) and no exposed skin anywhere near it. Works great. Quoting: tkwasny Yeah, just one drop of that on a finger and it will instantly turn white. Stings a bit - just wash off with clean water and the white will vanish after a few hours. |

Quoting: Exusiai Is the stuff you buy at Wal-Mart or the grocery store food grade? Also, what is a good rule of thumb on storage life? Just check the label if it is food grade. Storage is almost indefinite when kept refrigerated in a well closed container. |

Dr. Mercola shared this cold/flu remedy. Says it can't hurt and it seem to work. It seems many, if not MOST viruses enter the body through the ears. People put their fingers in their ears more than they realize. |

You will get sick to your stomach if the h2o2 reacts with something in your stomach. I learned the hard way. Quoting: akasuzanne Vets use it to get dogs to throw up. People should dilute and use just a little bit. |

I use that in a nebulizer, which makes a very fine "fog" type mist.... no worries. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78345542 At 3% that will sting!! Better use 1.5% Nope. I also prefer 3% Not for direct inhalation I hope.... |
