BREAKING: Did China Just Sacrifice Multiple Cities In The Opening Salvo Of World War 3 To Weaken International Defenses Globally?

Very plausible scenario scary too. However won't that be like salting the earth? What will it gain them to infect countries with something that may kill off everything and linger in the soil forever?

Could explain their closing down their cities, you know to protect their populations when the real deadly strain is released. They obviously know something that the western nations don't and their response should have people who watch these things concerned, not telling everybody that things are okay, to carry on as usual.

Are we sure all those videos of people falling over are real, or are they being put out to help explain their unprecedented response? If real, why are western nations not following suit? If fake, then defense ministers for western nations should be concerned about potential for economic/cyber/biological attacks incoming.

This whole thing seems to have an economic warfare component to it, which might explain why western nations are not following suit, but if China is shutting this many large cities it is going to ripple into the global economy to some extent, which may be the whole point.

(1) Launch a mildly effective biological agent, over-blow the threat as well as your own response to provide plausible deniability for taking actions that will harm your opponent economically, while sacrificing your own economy temporarily, knowing that all economies are about to change, and that you are making the switch to a wartime economy.

(2) Use it as an excuse to close your systems off from the internet, then launch the largest cyber-attack on your opponent to further the economic destruction to your enemy.

(3) Release a deadly variant of the disease once it is accepted that there is a world emergency/crisis, while giving most of your own people the immunity to that strain, crippling your enemies command and control war fighting capabilities before launching a first strike.
