Why the need for deceit unless someone was buying time for Davos considering all the world leaders were conveniently planning on commemorating the liberation of that CONCENTRATION CAMP during the HOLOCAUST towards the end of WORKD WAR 2

The key to all of this is INTERNATIONAL LAW and using the UN for MILITARY MEDICAL MARTIAL LAW which would allow China and Russia to push across through to Taiwan and down into South Korea while Russia can move on the Ukraine and across Europe under the guise of a HUMANITARIAN MISSION

Hong Kong is just another example

The QUARANTINE would be necessary as a guise for military mobilization
