The charge of "Abuse of Power" was rejected by the House of Representatives, in the Clinton Impeachment.

The same thing will happen here in the senate with these two articles of Impeachment, including the "Abuse of Power" charge, they will both not result in the removal of the President of the United States because both articles charge NO actual crimes with which to convict on.
