If these people would go after their own corrupt governments with the same level of zeal they display in attempting to enter the US, there would likely be some real positive reform. There is no incentive for these government to reform if their malcontents are constantly fleeing to other countries. Instead of several million people attempting to enter the US how about those same several million people siege their own capitols?
