Franklin Templeton is also an investment firm, that probably holds some of our 401ks. Now granted, this money could have been funneled from Burisma, totally possible. I'm sure lots of shady things happen through these investment companies. But they're locked up tight as a drum as to protect the interests of their shareholders.
