The ones that they are sold out of, are the N95 surgical mask, or listed as medical masks. Any of the N95 "particulate" mask will give you the same protection as the surgical masks, against flu viruses. So drywall, sanding, painting masks, are fine as long as they are N95. They are usually a little more expensive than the masks listed as "medical".

Some people misunderstood that article where the doctor who had been treating Corona Virus patients got the Corona Virus even though he had been wearing a breathing mask. The Doctor "assumed" that he got it though his eyes. This is not a "factual" indicator that the Corona Virus is ONLY is transmitted through the eyes.
