The Pentium 4 processor was released in 1998. Our intelligence agencies had access to it in 1963. Sadly, the microprocessors are all manufactured in China now (like every other piece of technology America pioneered). Imagine how far advanced sequestered technology is compared to what we know today. The deep state controls all technology & it should be obvious we'll never see any of it. On the contrary, the agenda is to revert humanity back to agrarian peasants who live in ignorance. The P4 architecture may well have been classified at some point, but its just because they had the unlimited funds to use a whole 4 inch wafer for ONE processor, its just brute force.
