Gotta factor in the size of the particles that transmit viruses from the family Coronaviridae.

CDC says aerosol coughing and sneezing is how it spreads in the air.

The above research paper/article states the size of the aerosol particles produced via coughing:

.35 to 10 microns.

The above research paper/article states the size of particles produced by sneezing, which ranges from:

The geometric mean of 74.4 microns for one of two types of sneezing (standard deviation 1.7), and

360.1 microns for the other type of sneezing(standard deviation 1.5). That pretty much means that those measurements were arrived at in total CYA mode of nearly TWO standard deviations in each case.



So actually, what you fatalistic doomtards believe is COMPLETELY WRONG. A relatively cheap P100 Mask WILL keep the airborne particles that actually transmit this virus from bypassing the protection of a P100 mask, which filters 99.7% of particles starting from .30 microns and up, which is .05 microns LESS than the SMALLEST transmissible particle.
