Ugandan activist cut from photo with Greta Thunberg denounces racist act

Vanessa Nakate, environmental activist from Uganda, disappeared from a photo of the AP agency taken in Davos with Greta Thunberg and other European activists, and taken up in the media. She denounces racism against blacks. After being cut from a photo where she posed with other climate activists, including Greta Thunberg , in Davos, Ugandan Vanessa Nakate accused the media of racism. In a video posted on her Twitter account , the young woman, very moved, denounced the fact that "various" organizations, including the American press agency AP, had removed her from the photos of the economic forum which is held in Switzerland each year. She said that this incident made her understand for the first time in her life "the definition of the word racism".
