Pan over to China, mainly the eastern and southeastern portion. Start zooming in. See the light colored 'spots' start to appear? They're like freckles...all over china. Those are cities. Now keep zooming. Keep going... see how densely packed all those cities are? Just absolutely crazy population density. Now start zooming back out...see those 'spots' again? Every single one of those...is a fucking mega-city, packed to the brim with high-rises people are living in. Then you see the lines connecting those dots, those are the highways. At a certain point it looks like animations of brain synapse. China has a fuck ton of forests and open land...but everywhere there are people, they're packed like sardines. It's fucking nuts. I just can't even imagine living like that. Fucking cities man... no thanks. |
