No, if it activates sudden death by artery burst it will only do that to people with the right Asian genes that are infected with the corona virus.
That is why the second virus was only spread in countries with no or hardly any Asian population. The spread will go unnoticed and without symptoms.
After a while the two will meet on a grand scale.
What you are seeing currently in China is just the coronavirus overreacting...remember it was changed.
It is not the coronavirus being activated.

day 2....45%
day 3....52%
this will shortly after that go up again due to malnutrition.
If the bacteries where the virus multiplies in dies, it spreads the virus, also outside of the body.
This virus is extremely resilient against UVC and heat and almost all chemicals. It can stay dorment in upper soil for many many years. In a dry windy season it will spread by wind.
So, once introduced...it will stay around.
At least without doing something special, currently not possible by human technology.
