Some bad news before it happens.

Wuhan, in the coming ten days. Almost certain.

The Military and most of the policeforce want out and negotiated that.

They will leave and blow up the roads that still are used for trucks to bring stuff to Wuhan.

They are promised a safe harbour...that of course was a lie and they will find out.

After that there will be famine riots and what not in Wuhan. Gonna be horrible.
