oil of oregano is amazing stuff - truly a gift from GOD.
It fixes nearly everything, from viruses to warts.
If you don't have any in your medicine cabinet, go get some.
I have lung troubles, and have had them since I was young. I've never smoked, but my Dad smoked 3 packs a day.
I don't know if that had any effect on my lungs but whatever, it is what it is.
When I get sick it usually travels into my lungs and I get bad lung infections.
Now I take 3 drops of OO in a glass of water whenever I start to feel something coming on, or just in case after I've hung out with a group of people.
If I do end up with lung infection I put about 10 drops in the bottom of a large stainless bowl and pour boiling water into it. Then stick my face over the steam and inhale deeply. It burns the crap out of whatever is infecting you.
Don't get it in your eyes.
I also have a cyst on my arm deep under my skin. I've been applying OO twice a day to it for a couple weeks and it is shrinking and almost gone.

no, you just take it internally - add a few drops of it to enough water to swallow in one gulp and down the hatch.
It does burn so have another glass of water handy.
Sometimes when I feel a sore throat coming on, I will drop it directly into the back of my mouth, just one or two drops.

Have cuts or abrasions? Apply OO onto the cuts to prevent infection and quicken healing. Again, it burns but it kills any infection.
