When I was in West Africa years ago, in the 1980s, the local blacks killed a large snake.

A Chinese expatriate called Mr.Wang (a nice guy actually) who as working there bought it, stewed it for his family, and even kindly offered me a plate, which I politely declined.

Funny. I bet we all thought about Chinese food and when we could eat it again. I've been craving it even though I rarely eat it or any restaurant food. Just knowing I shouldn't has made me crave Gen Tsao's Tofu. lol
Yeah, I'm definitely scared to go into the local Chinese food places. The help are actually Chinese in our local restaurants.
