Try drinking water with the juice of half a lemon, it helps detox the kidney. Exercise can cause the kidney to still protein, which will usually appear as foamy or bubbly urine. You don't really need to worry unless you are having really foamy urine on a really regular basis, or if the urine becomes dark brownish or with a pinkish reddish tinge. I prayed for you, you will be all right, but you might want to lay the Pilates for a week or two. I was on dialysis 7.5 years and I have a kidney transplant due to lupus, so I know a lot about these things. as long as you do not retain water and your blood pressure remains normal, and the urine is not changing to a darker color as mentioned, don't worry about it too much. If you continue to have pain, I do recommend having some labs done and getting checked. That's the good thing about kidney problems, they always show up in the blood. The kidneys are the main chemists of the body. |

Right below the rib cage on my back. 3 days now and it’s not going away. Tired. Now I peed, and it’s cloudy. 40 year old woman, no smoking, drinking, drugs 120 pounds, eat healthy. I eat plant based and but had 2 eggs scrambled tonight, first time eating eggs in months. No dairy. Quoting: StrongLion But I think it’s kidney now. Please pray, because I don’t feel well/happy. Pain and cloudy pee, please see a Doctor! If it’s any consolation pain is a good sign as cancer of the kidney is often painless and you don’t know there’s a problem... I will pray for you OP Cymru Am Byth. ^. ^ * * ¥ ~~~ A heart is not judged by how much you love; but by how much you’re loved by others. The Wizard of Oz |

The kidneys are the main chemists of the body. Thank you so much. My pee is dark, like a tan/brownish color. I might not have drank enough water today. Also I did weights at the gym but nothing serious, 20 pound lifts, and crunches. Wow that sounds hard what you’ve been through. StrongLion |

Eat only good oils like coconut, tallow, lard and butter. Cut the carbs. Quoting: Icey Yes, could be a coincidence but when this happened, a day before I ate a ton of cheese crackers. And then today, rice and eggs. Carbs make me feel bad. I am gluten free, but carbs everywhere. StrongLion |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 76166984 Romania 01/31/2020 02:26 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Be blessed in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen. Dark pee could be blood in urine from stones but I never had stones so I'm not sure about that. Lay down on your belly and do as you would a pushup but keep your pelvis on the ground. Do not stretch out your front side, stomach, chest, etc, do not try to stretch that out at all. Do try to crunch your lower back, and roll a little to the right and a little to the left. If there is pain, like a deep tissue massage feeling, then do that move before you need to pee until the deep massage/pain goes away. Drink lots of water and go on a bland diet of same foods for a time before you indulge in other foods. May you and Jesus save your soul at the least if you find it difficult or impossible to save your flesh. Amen. BTW, that exercise gently squeezes the kidneys to release toxins, but dark urine I think sounds like blood but I'm no doctor. If you are beets (I remember recent beet threads) that will turn your urine darker, brown, red, or purple even. If it's beets then the back thing could be a strain. Jesus Christ blesses your body Amen. |
