Very topical, and in my opinion, good observations. It actually does good to make sure that the immune system DOES have enemies to fight; it is those unchallenged immune systems that will be the first to fail against a real enemy. Now, I don't go around actually trying to pick up germs, but I don't mind if they come around to give my white blood cells something to do. Also, five second rule - yeah, I'll eat food off the floor occasionally.
