Been pondering the same question...where are the babies?

Children are left in the country side while their parents head to the city for work. Could be that a large amount of children have a veil of protection by living in rural areas.

Wuhan is an industrial forced labor camp. No children allowed.

The children are in retail products forced labor camps in other cities.

Lancet article documenting first 41 cases presenting at hospital shows zero cases for those under 18. At least there appears to be a silver lining to all this. Let's hope it stays that way.
