The people would never comply and shit would be torn up in short order. Most major US cities would be the same way...almost no hope to impose an effective quarantine. But you absolutely could in China. Americans wouldn’t put up with 1% of what a China raised person will accept. They just put their head down and take it up the ass from their government, smiling the entire time. What U Talkin Bout Willis? My last job was working for the Chinese. SAIC motors. I know exactly how they are and I gave them credit for it. They are the same way in business. Even the Americans working for them are terrified of the anger from the chain of command. They know how to lay out programs of obedience. I know a lot of Chinese and I've never found them to be super conformist. Some aren't creative, but some Americans are pretty dumb too. .
