Do you see a clear change in people by the time they finish doing their time? Or does prison not change many?

The inmates at the minimum security prisons change at a higher rate.The maximum security inmates are there because they repeatedly keep fucking up with violence. There are many that i believe are hardwired a certain way and will never change.Most pedos will commit their crime again. They are hardwired that way.
