In the 1930s they found the toxic level of D3 begins around 300 ng/ml (level of D3 in the blood). So, to be “safe” they said the toxic level began at 100 ng/ml. Only recently has the “optimal” level been raised to 40-60 ng/ml. The true optimal level is actually around 100 ng/ml. So, how much should you take to get your D3 in your blood to optimal levels. Too many variables to cover them all, and the only way to know for sure is blood tests. But I’ve been taking 30,000 IU /day for the past month. From what I’ve read this should get most people close. I feel good. People around me get sick, I haven’t. Last Edited by carterCZ on 02/11/2020 12:37 PM carterCZ |

It built up so much calcium in my kidneys that I spent a week in the hospital in March '18 and my kidneys were down to 9% functionality. Docs say I was a day away from having to go on dialysis. I don't get pain from kidney stones like many people do so I had no idea and I felt fine. I only found out something was wrong after getting routine blood work done and my Creatinine and Calcium levels was through the roof. |
