Nice to know that it will also make me less susceptible to Corona virus. Sort of explains why I have not had the flu even when other family members who got shots ended up with the flu. |

Quoting: Baldrick Possible and see post up the page about that. We are in the fouth gen of this thing, and so far no indications it has mutated to entry by another receptor. Just going off what I can find v what I can understand. No expert. I might be barking up the wrong tree. Thanks!!! Much apreciated.. No worries. I dont understand much about it, thats a given. Looking at the numbers in the chart Germany is 23% and 18% in two studies. They are not through this yet, but reports are the case severity in individuals seem to be less. :ace2: Keep an eye on Germany. Their gov is known for releasing accurate information. It seems as if the case severity so far is less almost everywhere outside of mainland China. Of course, the database is woefully inadequate at this point, so it is nearly impossible to perform any sort of scientific comparison. Also, it is painfully obvious that China tried to coverup the existence of its outbreak for at least a month and possibly longer. Also, they did not take drastic steps to try to contain the spread of the virus until it became obvious to both locals and the rest of the world that something was catastrophically wrong in Wuhan, China especially. Even before they ordered Wuhan citizens to wear protective masks and go into self-isolation, medical personnel, particularly paramedics, were suddenly appearing in full biohazard gear without explanation. Outside of China however, things are quite different. So far, no affected country is suffering from a medical infrastructure under extreme stress. And those who have traveled to China or have had contact with someone who has done so recently are acutely aware of the situation. This probably means that they seek treatment immediately after symptoms arise and in a healthcare system that is superior to what China has at the moment. In addition, we have had interesting reports such as Thai doctors treating their patients with antiviral drugs that are designed for HIV-positive patients and those with influenza, and reporting surprisingly good results. All of this shows that the widespread and continuous dispersal of truthful, accurate and helpful information dramatically improves the situation, whereas efforts to deceive are disastrous. Whether or not racial or ethnic genetics plays a role in immunity and survivability is also a critical unknown at this point but if so, this too must be revealed to the world populace at large and not shielded for reasons of "political correctness" or any other reason. bump |

There are several articles out there on this. I haven't checked medical journals yet. Of course the MSM wants to play dumb like they don't know why there is a 35 percent higher death rate of the Asian population this year.
