No testing means they can blame any problems on the fact they didn't test it.
However I doubt there is a problem with the app.
They just don't want to release the results of the vote and are blaming the app as the scapegoat.

lets cut the crap - everyone KNOWS they rigged it. And they will rig ALL voting. There needs to be a system in place now to make it impossible for them to rig it and get away with it. A checks and balances counter to make sure that WHEN not if they rig it, they get caught. Unlike the midterms where tons of rigging was done and they were LET to get away with it.

And I need to know what that failsafe is going to be before I bother to vote.

There's no problem with the app. They can just report the vote by hand count and call it in. Most of these precincts are pretty small and the turn out in general was small. I heard about 170,000.
