I dont mean to poke fun, especially because I have watched family members suffer from this disease but clearly, Nancy Pelosi has an advanced stage of Alzheimer's. This is not something to fault her on as she is 80 years old and this disease strikes many many people in that age range (and much younger actually).

How did voters not see this? I guess it is possible that it hit her hard and came on fast after she became speaker last year. I feel bad for her because you either have to humor her and pretend she is capable or level with her and tell her she should probably step down and relax, which Im sure is a blow to anyones ego

But that's a biggie since they literally pour massive money into election campaigns.
