I think he didn't really understand how pervasive and powerful the DS is and how much even the RINO's are tied into it. And that's probably a good thing, because if he really understood it, he might not have wanted to take it on. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 69766872 There were always folks on here insisting that there is a political class, a uniparty and that republicans and democrats are in this together. Didn't believe them but more and more it's looking as though they were right. The President is a business man, he's had to learn the ways of dc and the swamp on the fly with republicans working against him. I've had to explain to so many folks that paul ryan, with a republican congress, definitely sabotaged the President. He probably believed what yavonovich believed that the President would be impeached, fairly quickly and business would go back to usual. Notice ryan's gone. The President has a core group in the west wing that he can trust and probably a bunch of worker bees he leaves there but knows he can't trust them with anything important. He's in a tough situation. Think he's doing the best he can. When he realizes you have betrayed the country he seems to manage to get you to retire or resign. Here's hoping durham will be a win but I've read about previous cases he handles where. by rights folks should have gone to jail, and they didn't. so, not wanting to be disappointed you have to hope that someone somewhere, probably tom fitton and judicial watch, will expose so much corruption that the swamp will have to address it. I'm not hopeful though because the ore we learn the more we realize that the swamp is a united front and a formidable enemy for one man and his little band of loyalists. |

In the first Horowitz report, there was a criminal referal for Corney, but we were told that Barr was waiting for the second Horowitz report, because it would have better charges. It didn't. We were told that Durham was just waiting for Horowitz, then he would bring indictments. Prominent Republicans have been indicted, democrats get a pass. Tom Fitton said the other night that he's like to hope a serious criminal investigation is going on, but he hasn't seen evidence of it. I think the next thing we will be told is that Durham can't bring charges until the second term. |

Wray says it’s ok though cause they follow the law with it - unlike their documented FISA abuse at the highest order Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78229229 Right..... Just another thing to abuse ~With forethought and malice Whitless enacted an EO giving nursing homes immunity from wrongful death prosecutions, forced them to take in infected patients and is responsible for over 6500+ nursing home deaths~ |
