Can civilian drone fly at 10k foot flight level theyre spraying from?

The FAA has restrictions for aircraft uses and depending on what it is they have a area of sky that they are assigned to use by AGL. In other words commercial jetliners don't share the same airspace as light aircraft except for landing, taking off, and possible when in a holding pattern waiting to land. No shit, where did I post anything that says otherwise? I am 10599025 13,000 and change is max ceiling for a Cessna. Are you saying when a Cessna is at max altitude, the trails are right above them? Nope. Those trails are 3 times higher than any Cessna 150 can fly! I think you are having trouble with perspective. My reply wasn't countering anything you said, just giving out info since some people have no clue about how the sky is regulated by the FAA. I really can't believe that this dumb ass thread made it to four pages.
