She did this right in front of Attorney General William Barr. If the Attorney General does not follow through with prosecuting her for this there is no rule of law in America.

This might be true if she was only a democrat congresswoman from California.

However She is the Speaker of the House and as such the president is required to give her an official copy of The State of the Union address so that it can be entered into the National Archives for the Office of the Speaker of the House.

That is in the US constitution.

You will note that it is a requirement that the President gives the congress the information on the State of the Union and that it is the President that decides when they attend his State of the Union address.

The address fulfills the requirement in Article II, Section 3, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution for the President to periodically "give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient."

The record of the meeting proves the president fulfilled his duty to congress.
