I feel bad for a country listening to a doctor say this has a .08 infection rate(the alcohol legal limit lol). It really is telling.We have seen paper after paper show of a 20% mortality rate.Taiwan has accepted it as 33%. To hear a doctor say less than one percent is a bit nuts. |
