I read about 95% of C is made in China. Many other vitamins too. Hub and I hope the quarantine and production halt over there only goes a few months, but we got a year supply of vitamins and supplements. Dates go to 2022. I can't understand why some folks with money are so negative about prepping. There is zero downside if it is things you use.

That's a good one. We're tea makers here in canyon lake Texas and we use lots of rosehips. But I think for fighting a deadly virus it's more convenient to use a product like lypo c. I'm making a batch right now with sunflower lecithin. Good stuff

Threw a teaspoon of pine needle powder in the shake this morning.

You can peel organic citrus, dry the peel, and powder that too. You might go through a few $6 (at thrift) coffee bean grinders every now and then, but it keeps well in a jar and you can add it to a lot of things.

That’s ascorbic acid, vitamin C isn’t an isolate its a combination of natural compounds and cofactors. You don’t pee orange when ingesting real vitamin c. Ascorbic acid is a toxic industrial compound, which is why your body tries to flush it. the stuff coming out of China is garbage anyways, just eat some oranges 🍊
