01 when should we in the medical field dealing with the public start wearing masks?
 Quoting: Jake

Jake, I am currently wearing a mask, gloves, and safety glasses when I visit the feed store. Using chlorox wipes to decontaminate gloves and glasses before removing.

I take off my clothing outside, but I realize that is not full bio protection.

Starting tomorrow, The Queen and I are going to isolate ourselves on our farm.

I plan on using my time to expand production, primarily of vegetables.

People will need to eat.

Stay healthy and safe, buddy.

I did not expect this to grow as such.

I hope some of you watched the CDC briefing as thats as close to verification of what I said before it aired withiut risking myself.

Regarding treatments, my colleagues and I are looking at fda approved antivirals, experimental antivirals and past effective treatments on prominent viral outbreaks. If it hasnt been tested or proven, unfortunately we are not looking at it at this time in this specific facility.

Working with the government requires you to follow their rules unfortunately, and to admit a non-approved therapy has effects, is not in their interest.

Speaking on fever. Yes, typically a fever is actually beneficial and should be allowed as it instigates your immune system.

But with 19ncov, it may be aiding in causing a cytokine storm,
this is unproven without live data, but is a theory we are bouncing around between colleagues.

Again, this is 100% unproven without further testing, just a hypothesis from a fellow here.

This damn thing is all backwards. With a regular flu, we don't do fever reducers unless the temp gets over 103.5, and we treat it with elderberry syrup and we knock out flus in 72 hours. So, with this, your advice would be to suppress the immune response and not try to push it along?

Assuming you aren't able to find an effective treatment, could you recommend any available remedies? I've been planning, for instance, on following the 1000mg/hr Vitamin C regimen for 6-12 hours and then 3000mg per day afterwards after reading an NIH paper on flu from the 90s.

Hey OP, I participated in the other thread you started, which I thanked you for. And thanks again for starting this one.

I know quite a lot about Vitamin C and can tell you that the 1g-3g amounts you mentioned will barely dent something like nCoV2019.

If you suspect your symptoms are from nCoV2019, You would need 5-7grams of LivOn Liposomal Vitamin C, taken every 3 hours for several days. The liposomal form is absorbed in the stomach and does not irritate the gastrointestinal tract like the other forms. I don't know if it will help with nCoV2019, but if vitamin C is one of your planned therapies, this is the way to do it.

But there's an even better, more potent route of delivery for vitamin C.

Normally, I wouldn't share this knowledge publicly due to liability risks, but as an AC under these circumstances, I'll do it.

The most potent form of Vitamin C is Intravenous vitamin C, in an IV bag of either sterile water or lactate ringer. This is given in doses of usually between 30 grams to 60 grams PER SESSION. intravenous delivery at this dose gives vitamin C a pro-oxidant effect rather than antioxidant effect. Vitamin C scrubs the body of pathogens, bacteria and virii alike. Slow down the IV drip, and it reverts to an antioxidant to scrub toxins and relieve any herxhemier symptoms.

In my personal experience, this has been an extremely effective modality in eliminating fevers, body aches, and it actually saved me from a near death experience with my last terrible flare up from Lyme disease and several other chronic diseases.

IV C is also cited to help or resolve septiciemias, even full blown sepsis (if treated early enough), hemhorragic fevers, viral infections, and some indications of it helping with SARS. In another post, I can provide studies and citations on the effectiveness of IV Vitamin C for these diseases. It was also instrumental in pushing my mom's stage IV cancer into remission.

Now you might think, this is unfeasible. After all, very few people have access to doctors that provide this modality.

That's why my liability risk comment.

You see, I've been giving my family and myself Vitamin C IVs for a few months now. Successfully and safely. I use a modified protocol that a Doctor created for the entire process, from start to finish in his office.

In fact, I had tinkered with the idea of creating a video to share what I do (not medical advice or instructional (due to liabilities), but rather a detailed journaling of my personal "project".

Now I realize I sharing that knowledge here may be most appropriate.

I've spent a lot of money and time tinkering and learning how to do this as safely and sterile as possible. I've acquired the list of products necessary and the source. And I'm confident with my protocol.

I don't know how much of a dent it will make with nCoV2019, but it is the most hopeful tool in my arsenal.

What do you think?

Good info.
So it's not race specific.
Doesn't matter to me how it came to be.
Just matters it's coming here to U.S.A.
Not much we can do about it so panic serves no purpose.
Will I be isolating?
No.
Still will need to go out to shop.
Will I be going to crowded bars/clubs with drunk people hacking in my face?
No.
I will be washing my hands a lot.
Time to stock up some supplies and some extra booze.

001, can you please comment on this :

" Chloroquine, a widely-used anti-malarial and autoimmune disease drug, has recently been reported as a potential broad-spectrum antiviral drug.8,9 Chloroquine is known to block virus infection by increasing endosomal pH required for virus/cell fusion, as well as interfering with the glycosylation of cellular receptors of SARS-CoV.10 Our time-of-addition assay demonstrated that chloroquine functioned at both entry, and at post-entry stages of the 2019-nCoV infection in Vero E6 cells (Fig. 1c, d). Besides its antiviral activity, chloroquine has an immune-modulating activity, which may synergistically enhance its antiviral effect in vivo. Chloroquine is widely distributed in the whole body, including lung, after oral administration. The EC90 value of chloroquine against the 2019-nCoV in Vero E6 cells was 6.90uM, which can be clinically achievable as demonstrated in the plasma of rheumatoid arthritis patients who received 500mg administration."

...or is it false hope?

Re: Coronavirus Intel Clearinghouse
Recent In Vitro research conducted by Microbiotest, Inc. demonstrated that Oreganol P73 has a potent direct killing effect against the human coronavirus, as well as having the ability to halt virus replication in host cells infected with the human coronavirus.

Oreganol P73 had a direct killing effect on the coronovirus by reducing the viral count from 5,500,000 copies per ml to 150 copies of virus per ml, over a period of twenty minutes.

When virus infected host cells were mixed with Oreganol P73, the Oreganol P73 (0.1% solution) was also able to stop the replication of the human coronavirus in infected host cells (In Vitro).

In summary, this study demonstrated the ability of Oreganol P73 to not only directly kill the human coronavirus (In Vitro), but was able to halt human coronavirus replication in infected host cells (In Vitro).

Remdesivir which is made by Gilead is currently under clinical trials in China, but there has not been sufficient evidence that it will be effective in the treatment. Instead it has shown to improve the standard of care in critically ill patients, but not provide treatment.

AbbVie also has a version of remdesivir called Aluvia which is being explored as an option to treatment, but the product is not readily available for supportive treatment options.

Another treatment option that has shown promise, and is being considered is taking a dose of lopinavir and ritonavir and then nebulizing alpha-interferon BID.

You will find LOTS of information on a Search online for that answer, it is a yes yes yes and the actual lab results, what types of anti virals were used, in petri and in patiants the results etc.

Lots and Lots of the worlds top Doctors, Medical Journals, Medical Libraries, Top viroligists are posting and sharing the information on all the Lab work done, the medical records from around the world electronically of the patiants and what was tried, and what they had etc are all been researched, and results published.

THERE is MORE shared VIRAL and MEDICAL Papers, reasearchers, Experts, Organisations, Journals, Open Sharing between countries, sharing, being publsihed and disseminated on this topic available in the PUBLIC domain than any other such like scenario in the Past.

I Promise you that. You can spend 2-3 minutes and find out your self.

There is many short Media Clips with Heads of Labs virology and Heads Of Medcail dept on the ground mentioning, providing expert advise in 2-3 minutes your actual question and many more that some may be concerned about.

It is infact wonderful how the experst in this medical and viral and research field are dissemenating and sharing the information so the public can be right up to date with this day today with where they are.

Obviosuly there is lots of unknown Knowns and known unknowns, and things we think we know that we really dont know, because they want us to think we know, what wethink they dont wnat us to Know, and things the government knows, that they want us to think we know, that in fact is not what is known, and then the other governments are doing the same back, so whatever is going on behind the scenes will be ahead, and frantic indeed so there are those goldmines of information to with much of it on GLP to get those nuggets of Information.

Oh BTW HIV retro, it has limited effect but is hepfull, though it is a small study and was given compassionaltely in a bad end of life case.

Ebola medicine seems to be quite promising, though end of life very sick on ventilators, probably becuase it stops the Ckostorm or dampens it.

On another note, chloroquine (a long used malaria treatment) has shown to have good inhibitory effects on 19ncov at the cellular level.

Unfortunately, the drug requires high kidney functioning for drug clearance as it has a small therapeutic index, it is not safe in usage for anyone over 60 YO, and in larger doses produces many adverse effects (AEs). Many critically ill patients already have reduced kidney clearance, so the toxicity levels need to be monitored more carefully to ensure that AEs such as cardiac arrest, or sudden respiratory arrest do not occur, which make it a harder drug to consider even though it shows promise.

Thank you for your info as well! Its hard to discern info from disinfo, I wanted to ask one of the only creditable sources I have come across. I will continue to search online as you have mentioned. If you have any sites you would like to share, I would be happy to check them out!

Questions for 001:

"It was one of the first treatments tested. Minimal effect to the virus. It continued unabated in its growth... It handles natural viruses well. This virus exhibits outside manipulation."

Q1: What is this referencing?

"That is for a strain of influenza which 19ncov bears no resemblance to in any manner.. take what you wish but atleast be aware."

Q2: What is this referencing?

Q3: Is coughing (productive or dry) a common symptom at any stage of the disease?

Q4: Have you tested HIV prophylaxis as a means to protect the ACE 2 receptors from infiltration? Eg, Truvada (tenofovir and emtricitabine)?

Q5: How about these HIV antivirals Thailand has claimed was effective in treating at least one patient: oseltamivir (tamiflu) with lopinavir and ritonavir (norvir)?

But with 19ncov, it may be aiding in causing a cytokine storm, this is unproven without live data, but is a theory we are bouncing around between colleagues.

Again, this is 100% unproven without further testing, just a hypothesis from a fellow here.

Sorry if you have already answered this questions, but has AIDS medication been tested against this virus?

BTW, A HUGE thankyou for all of your info. You have no idea how many people lives you are helping! Please dont let the trolls get you down. You have more power than you realize!(And continue to update this tread as you acquire more info)

What is you opinion of Hydroxychloroquine? There are less side effects but not as strong.

Would preventative care such as Oil of Oregano or colloidal silver (thinking of ways to boost immune system) lessen the overall effects of this virus?

Is there any other viruses that mutate in the same way as this one does? (I assume host to host)

I would be interested in hearing more. I had mentioned it in the other thread but I will bring it up here as well. My twins were premies. One baby did better than the other. Baby B had chronic lung issues and was often in and out of the hospital through her first 4-5 years . When I changed pediatricians, the new Dr. prescribed her vitamin D and told me to give her vitamin C to bowel tolerance. I had to raise the dose by 500 mg everyday until she got diarrhea. Then took a day off and maintained the daily dose we were at before the diarrhea. This was a turning point I her health.
