I wont answer all the trolls, but it is not a sprint to the finish. 8 hours of continued work and you are less than half as productive. 12 hours, yiu are a quarter as productive in mental capacity.
You think nonstop work is the answer to this?

Oh just BTW the above aerosol finding means you need to update the advice on here this thread about what to do to not get infected as in distance from person etc, N95's this is free floating in the air, the carrier does not have to be in the room, just been their within 9 hours and can last for more than 9 hours at least on any surface.
Im glad you are getting some rest, confused about the above point you posted a couple of pages back you have had 12 hours sleep in a week, as you were so busy working with I take it from your comments to that poster "Mind" so hard all week, with no sleep, now you are relaxing on GLP?
Whatever Helps you unwind. I know from my medical experience, that is actually working with patiants what 12 hours of sleep in 7 days can do to a person, you will be hallucinating soon and having all sorts of Delusions of Grandeur, Pyschosis etc, dont worry its normal, its been extensivelly reserached and proven why in the Lab as well.
