How about the 5 new cases in France overnight and today's reports about onward transmission originating in Singapore and then on to France and the UK?
 Quoting: Scorpionica

I seen this and I was doing some equations for myself, and it is well below a 0.1% chance that someone would have contracted this from Singapore, making r0 static at 2.5, the population, average air traffic, and the biggest red flag, current confirmed count. Even lower then a 0.01% chance for the entire said scenario to have happened at current levels. It indicates a lie, or a much broader, unseen infected count.

It is a very bad sign that Singapore is producing global infections already. It is telling of a much faster transmission contrary to all of our data, fabricated OR real.

“Additionally, 001, this is crazy, but I am going to ask anyway. Someone posted about urine therapy, and how a person's urine actually contains antibodies to whatever illnesses they have. There are research papers showing HIV antibodies in people with AIDS' urine. I'm wondering if there would be anyway to check a symptomatic persons urine on this virus invitro to see if there is any help in that?“

If this is true it would also then be interesting if the antibodies were not in the urine. Indicating a synthetic virus?

Mr dull socks

You are correct in saying you are most infected before showing symptoms and following symptoms are simply your immune system responding.

In data I have seen, this is not reflective of all cases, this is what ncov seems best at to be honest.

Causing a very very large immuno-response. Cytokine storm as many here will have seen. I believe fevers may be aiding this issue as well as it is known that fevers aid your immune response.

It seems that the virus is doing its best to cause your immune system to over-react while at the same time, destroying it.

It is a complex and dynamic situation that we are simply trying to get ahead of as containment is just not a very efficient option.

"Containment" can be done, but it will cost far more lives, money and long term damage then the current route as in my opinion, only mass quarantine is the way to contain, which will turn "camps" into a human petri dish.

-001
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78453998

Doesn't containment in fema camps give the virus more Dna to learn from? If symptoms are 16 days and you have been exposed everyone in fema camp then becomes exposed . Not to mention there is no current diagnostic test to identify ncov10

If you read all of 001's original posts, he mentions many times that transparency is not the goal. In fact, it is the opposite goal. The goal is to keep the public as calm and orderly as possible so as to buy time to find a treatment. I don't know if this will prove to be the right decision, but it certainly is a logical one with sound rationale.

001...

Thank you for continuing to share.

You’ve been doing your thing for some time and considered an expert.

Have you ever studied a virus like this? What makes it most challenging?

Are you able to see all aspects of the virus? Is there anything spooky? Like it’s moving in ways that are unnatural?

Do you think there is a possibility of some type of artificial intelligence that’s been embedded into this virus?

It feels intelligent. It feels predatory.

Can you share from your scientific perspective but also from your gut? Which I know is probably counterintuitive for you but I feel both matter.
 Quoting: SkyTraveler

Good morning 001,

I’m not sure if you saw or were able to respond to my questions. Or maybe you ignored them. ;)

I appreciate your viewpoint on it’s unlikely to be a bio weapon. It’s not my focus right now...but...I can’t help feeling there’s something not right here.

Is there any nanotechnology in his thing?

Once someone recovers what changes are being observed? After effects? DNA changes?

Your presence on this site shows me you can think out of the box and understand the prison like systems that confine solution oriented intelligent creativity.

That CCP warning feels... gauntlet dropping. So my gut is ringing. I’m not a scientist but I’m unique in being able to find...things. It’s a balance between thinking and intuition. Something is not right and you all working in separate project boxes I feel strongly is going to delay solutions.

Can you suggest gathering a team from various expertise to come together and strategize on this? You can still have teams working on traditional approaches too but again I feel we need a team that’s not confined to hard rules.

Thank you. Take Care.

I read the Washington case report and they indicated his fever was medicated the entire time he was in hospital. I know from limited experience that the first thing emergency rooms do with someone who has a fever is give them a fever reducing med. I also know 95%+ of people medicate a fever at home, so I would guess that most people are as a standard of practice reducing their fever during early symptoms.

I question if we have outcomes of unmedicated fever vs medicated fever because I believe most outcomes are with fever medicated at some point at this time.

China is apparently banning the sale of fever reducing meds in some areas. My assumption was that they wanted to make it difficult for citizens to hide their fevers - but perhaps there could be more to it? (Or it could be complete fiction as well- but it merits consideration.)

Also circling back to the patent I linked to previously for Griffithsin - is this or other mannose-bonding lectin containing compounds being considered as possible prevention of severe disease?
 Quoting: MostlyLurking

Medicating a fever has been monetized by fear, as they should not be medicated until 103.5-104 in all fairness.

The hospitals are most likely using everything possible at this point due to panic. No one can think clearly in that situation really.

MBL is produced by your liver fulltime in minute amounts, but during infections its production is increased. The protein present in ncov is gp120 which is a glycosylated protein, allowing MBL to indentify, bond and perform its job. But it only slows some of the effects as the the virus is not solely gp120 based.

Are you nuts.

Anytime you're not feeling good, take ipbrofen.

It lowers inflammation and temperature.

when you lower your pain, swelling and fever, YOU RECOVER QUICKLY.

But my dumb ass father who refuses to take this, suffers for a very long time and nearly dies.

I would never allow anyone to not immediately battle illnesses.

Also, as soon as we're ill with anything, cold, flu, toothaches, oil of oregano, collodial silver, ibprofen.

It thins the blood so you have to time 2000 grams of curcumin and pepper extract.

C and D.

If something is in your lungs, C powder with vodka and lemon.

Oh and thats just the mim. Resveratrol. Alpha Lipoic Acid. Tons of things.

And to feel good L-theanine. Love it. Lots of tea also has this.

It also helps immune and cytokine reactions.
 Quoting: Sungaze_At_Dawn

the temperature ruses to kill the virus....if you reduce the temp your viral load rises
this is what killed most people at the beginnig of spanish flu..
soldiers have been jabbed and sent home with a miracle drug: aspirin...by reducing the fever the viral load rised and help spread the virus.

you need to bake the virus!!
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77774359

You recover, your immune bounces back, through lowering temp. When I've been sick usually its only with cold, feel fluish but rarely get a temperature. Years and years since I ever had a temperature. I usually get a reverse temperature and feel colder than my family.

However, one thing that might benefit a virus that likes winter and cold, and doesn't do well in high UV.

Infared sauna's, they're like sleeping bags and they are really good for sweating out heavy metals and toxins, as well.

And possibly heat lamps, Winter light Therapy lamps, full spectrum lights. Think mine is yellow light. Most of them are blue light and thats not good for you, although the virus might not like it if its blue or yellow.

I used to have a DIY for making a sleeping bag style sauna, maybe should look into that again.

OP, I’m not a medical professional. However, based on my “layman” research, it’s clear that this virus is similar to SARS in many respects.

I’m finding conflicting information in the matter of ACE-2 that I’m hoping you may clarify.

I’m finding some articles advocating for increasing ACE2 levels to protect against lowered values caused by infection, yet other articles seem to indicate that inhibition of ACE-2 helps to prevent infection.

Can you please offer your insights and recommendations?

Thanks in advance. I’m tracking this thread several times a day for updates.

Hello 011, from another thread:

The wuhan virus is identical to the ACE2 key-- and it fits into the keyhole.

So-- flooding the body with ACE2 would be a means of sopping up the virus-- NOT inhibiting ACE2.

What's your take on that.. some suggested ACE2 inhibitors, but this person thinks it could make matters worse.

001, I don't know if you really are an insider providing straight info or not.

However, the number of trolls and attacks tells me that you may be legit. I have seen this before.

Keep providing info.

Ignore the disinformation attacks.

This virus is too important to allow emotion to sway us one way or the other.

R number is critical. More important is death and survival rate especially if many survivors suffer disability.

My CT: Now that China has totally screwed themselves by the accidental release of their new bio weapon, they don't want to be the only country devastated by the virus. They want ALL countries infected, especially enemies such as Japan, Viet Nam, Taiwan, and the USA.

I don't listen to what people SAY. I watch what they DO.

Commies? Diabolical SOBs. Never trust them.
 Quoting: darth

More thoughts on my CT above:

Perhaps the Chicoms are now sending infected people to other countries on purpose to spread the infection.

It has been mentioned that terrorists could purposely get infected and then travel to the USA and elsewhere. This was actually encouraged by some ISIS guy regarding Ebola a few years ago.

I am late to this thread, but find it very good. GLP at it's best.
I would like to thank 001 for taking the time and the risk, and putting up with the crap ( which comes with GLP ).
And to Right Foot... go getem..

Similar to some above I recommend C. ascorbic acid, 5000mg per day.. and you have to take it spread out thru the day. You cannot store it in the body. Vit D 5000IU. You can store vit D but it seems to me smaller doses spread out is better. Iodine (Lugols) and you should also take selenium as it needs to ballance with iodine. This is basic immune support and I have been taking this for years.. but getting stricter now. All these are CHEAP, if you shop around.
Don't take Dr GLPs word for it.. do your own research. I literally take 50+ vitamins , minerals, hormones and herbs every day. Some are multi.. but 30 pills at least.

Look up olive leaf extract.. it is supposed to be anti viral. You can make your own

I am certainly thinking about "locking the gate" and preparing for a SHTF situation...

Hello, friend. See my post directly above yours. This ACE2 issue is contradictory. Will be interesting to see OP’s reply.

.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75214035

It's not contradictory. There are two ways to inhibit a receptor site: Competitively, and antagonistically

1) Competitively: flooding the receptor with other ligands that outnumber the target. By introducing ACE2 agonists (activators) the virus has to compete for open ACE2 receptors

2) Antagonistically: ACE2 antagonists bind with ACE2 receptors and disable their functionality. This can happen at the normal binding site, or at binding sites that do not compete with agonists, but stop the receptor from functioning regardless of if there is an agonist present.

Both methods can be used simultaneously to greater effect than individually. Using too many antagonists could cause loss of functionality of the ACE2 receptor, which could have bad effects. Using too many competitive agonists could cause excessive ACE2 signalling and eventual ACE2 downregulation, which could have bad effects. Using a blend of the two will have the best ratio of blocking the virus with minimal bad effects.

Can you provide a link for me to verify? Or others please
-001

Yes, no one said AIDS was present.

Proteins that are also found in HIV and a couple other immuno based virii are found.

Do you get AIDS? No, as that is the outcome of HIV, which is not the virus.

Please research.

-001

No reported symptoms or death unless I have missed something?

China has provided not one real report yet for anyone except themselves.

-001

I would agree 100% except wih ncov.

You are correct though. But cases are exhibiting fever for 5-7 days. At a high temp as well.

In hospital care, that is ideal.
In a home situation due to overloaded hospital systems, a fever of 103+, shortness of breath that continues to deteriotate. Meaning many will end uo bedridden, malnourished, and worse off.

Perhaps I am wrong?

-001

We had a very similar conundrum with H1N1 (although seemingly not as severe) my colleagues and i went back and forth on suggested protocol. In the end we settled on viral load being the most important factor determining outcome, therefore we focused on slowing down viral replication and focused on the best ways to reduce viral load.

——-

If we had viable treatment, I would agree 100% as targetting the viral load will reduce the immune response, in turn allowing the fevers benefits to outweigh its cons to how the patient will behave and nourish themselves.

-001

I have not speculated about that much. There is many rumours of the origin, I have found what suits the data I have at hand.

We will most likely find not be told the true origin, even in the position I am in, to be frank.

Perhaps eventually a generally accepted origin will arise.

If you head back thru this thread, nemesis seems to be compiling my posts for those that have not kept up page by page.

Make sure you thank him for that as that is done without request.

-001

I have never left the basement due to educational debt, so I would say its been excellent to me.

Thanks

-001

Both of you are incorrect.

I never said NATO was involved, that it was weaponized and I explained how difficult an ethnic bioweapon is to even think about, let alone create and use.

At the end of the day, I am still a human. I cannot be made to work 24 hrs a day 7 days a week regardless of situation incase you are wondering.

And the lab I work in, you dont receive service, are checked in and out, as long as wearing equipment preventing cell phone use if you possessed one.

-001

Speculating on data driven answers is what I refused to do.

Continuing conversation beyond data driven answers?

There is many types of questions and the same follows for answers.

Answers is what work is for science.
Hypothesizing and endless possibilites and discussions is the hobby of science after you leave the lab.

I dont have propaganda

And all scientists are atheist, as you cannot quantify "a single, all creating being" in science." And I am sorry if that strikes a nerve.

——-

If access was available to a oral rehydration solution, mixed properly and appropriate nourishment, with a caregiver protected equipped to prevent infection spread.

Yes. As long as it does not approach extreme temperature and cause permanent damage. (106, 107f+)

-001

The gp120 protein is uneffected by s1pr modulators so far and Tamiflu and its generics are effective for Influenza, not on any coronaviridae.

Any outbreak has the possibility to reach those levels, it is simply one mutation away at all times.

The virus is not the only thing to consider. I myself, am more worried of the aftermath. Man is known to be dark. If the economy collapses and food becomes non-guaranteed, and all other luxuries, what do you expect.

-001

I admitted the basement part.

I wont answer all the trolls, but it is not a sprint to the finish. 8 hours of continued work and you are less than half as productive. 12 hours, yiu are a quarter as productive in mental capacity.

You think nonstop work is the answer to this?

You work with your body or hands, and not your mind, am I wrong?

-001

Yes, 12.5 hrs.

By choice.

Which is one of the reasons I was relieved today. Mental burnout is a documented medical issue, and the more your work relies on your mental accuity, the more prevalent it becomes.

Technically, if the scenario didnt warrant otherwise, I would actually return on Tuesday.

But these informations dont matter as you will surely have another reasoning.

If the information is accurate, then you will obviously find many sources..

You are not expecting a breakthrough to be released here first before anywhere else, are you?

That would be the worst mistake you could possibly make, as you would not even know what to do with that information if I provided it.

-001

I seen this and I was doing some equations for myself, and it is well below a 0.1% chance that someone would have contracted this from Singapore, making r0 static at 2.5, the population, average air traffic, and the biggest red flag, current confirmed count. Even lower then a 0.01% chance for the entire said scenario to have happened at current levels. It indicates a lie, or a much broader, unseen infected count.

It is a very bad sign that Singapore is producing global infections already. It is telling of a much faster transmission contrary to all of our data, fabricated OR real.

-001

Ask any scientist what their faith is, and logically you will be told the same from all of us.

There is no religion in science as it is not explainable.

Unsure if you meant to make comedy?

I am not "dissing" religion. It just simply does not exist in my mind, and you will never explain to me how it does.

During my 12 hr shift?

We dont work shifts here. You come and go as you please. This is a lab requiring concentration and willingness.

Not an assembly line with mandatory attendance for 100% of time.

You can walk out at any moment, enter at any time. It does not open, or close. You can come at 1am, 3am, 5am, noon, 3pm. You choose.

I wont satiate you any longer as you obviously have no insight to this field whatsoever.

78402365

This was evident from a lower white blood cell count + presence of cytokine storms.

-001

Hopefully with a treatment manufacturable 100% by ourselves. Including 100% of said ingredients and factories.

-001

I have nothing regarding that as I have no info regarding that.

It is a possibility and has actually been documented many times, in many journals, where vaccinations have actually caused amplified symptoms during infections of other virus, preventing one but making another possibly fatal.

Technically, this could be one of those scenarios. They did mandate a mandatory vaccine program, as someone posted it for me to see. True or not, who knows.

-001

I took my equipment off once, as it is only required in certain areas. You would not require it everywhere, due to storage protocols in our facility at this time.

If you must continue, my first post was not until being away from the lab for a couple hours.

The referenced video is actually missing steps that are taken during procedure in our labs, but you will have a hard time finding this info due to these labs nature and security clearance.

-001

It also could be an issue arising from vaccination - infection gap.

For a short while after vaccinations, your immune system is responding and performing, as expected. If you receive a true infection during this time, it may exhibit faster replication, amplified symptoms, or it may behave normally.

But again, our first cases recognized, are Dec 1st/2nd. There is reports of earlier, but they are hazy and hard to verify, mostly written off as viral pneumonia and not complete enough to include.

-001

this vaccination hypothesis is an interesting line of thinking and one that should be explored further. You are correct that often times vaccination creates an erratic Pathogenesis. this too could also account for the observation you mentioned with some cases progressing directly to cytokine storm. i remember reading several studies in which the seasonal flu vaccine caused this to happen in certain people resulting in cytokine storm

Re: Coronavirus Intel Clearinghouse
Hello 011, from another thread:

The wuhan virus is identical to the ACE2 key-- and it fits into the keyhole.

So-- flooding the body with ACE2 would be a means of sopping up the virus-- NOT inhibiting ACE2.

What's your take on that.. some suggested ACE2 inhibitors, but this person thinks it could make matters worse.

OP, that’s an excellent explanation, thank you!

Now though.... dosages.

I realize you can’t recommend a dosage without running afoul with the law, so let’s phrase it this way:

If YOU were a 200-pound male that wanted to protect yourself against the 2019NCoV, how many mg of an ACE2 agonist and inhibitor would YOU take, how frequently, and over what period?

....and what would those numbers be if you were a 130-pound woman?

BTW, considering your posts may likely be saving actual lives in the near future, I cannot express my gratitude for your time and knowledge. Please disregard the trolls.

THANK YOU.

Sorry, I got agonist and antagonist confused.

As I said, I’m not a medical professional. Just a 200-pound guy married to a 130-woman and trying to gather on the best course of action to protect us.

Re: Coronavirus Intel Clearinghouse

Another update with everything through last night around midnight when -001 last posted.

@N3m3s1s

and

@ those keeping this subject on the straight line,

thanks from a long time lurker in the UK.

Feels real this time, been here for long time, multiple doom on/off events with the potentail for it to go south, but this one - well, it feels different.

The impact on supply chains, the impact on how CCP will be percieved, this IS different.

thank you,and all the other ocntributers, don't stop keeping on.

-001 - thanks for the replies you are giving - keep it straight!

BEst wishes from Shropshire UK, a family of 2 x grandparents, 3 x adult children, 5 x grandchildren - getting ready to deal with symptoms, not really working too hard on NOT getting hit by anything in this wave, just being aware and at the ready when we or those close get sicker than we would expect.

we posted before - been on and off sick flu/cold since November, hitting Vit c, D3, Bmulti, minerals,COX-II inhibitors seem to help with WHAT WE HAVE - ymmv.

Doctors will not test, but say hmm, and thats about it.

Re: Coronavirus Intel Clearinghouse
The CDC has been monitoring the coronavirus in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China since August of 2019. The virus did not make the news until December of 2019.
The virus causes respiratory illness. Virus can only live outside of the body anywhere from seconds to 48 hours.

So why are Chinese spraying their cities with some currently unknown chemical, though it is suspected to be bleach. Check out the videos, I see no smooth surfaces anywhere, so what is the point?

Thoughts?

To the guy in Shropshire UK

You don't really want to be tested, because once you test positive you will be put in quarantine, which is nothing else but detention. How many Corona-Virus patients do you think the UK could care for.. all supposedly in an isolation ward?

We're basically on our own, when martial law is installed that may God have mercy with us..

Alright. I am going to bed, but what I said still stands.

If you troll him or question his credentials, and it’s still there in the morning, I will ban you.

You don’t have to agree with what he says. You can question the answers he gives, just not his credibility. However, if you are intentionally questioning everything he says, aka trolling, that’s not going to fly either.

Want to know what I think is the best part of this thread?

It’s not just his answers, but the other intelligent people it has attracted. This thread has some really bright minds on here, which is resulting in some great ideas.

These ideas sometimes get lost on the bigger threads because they just move too fast.

Why fuck that up?

Your spamming it up ruins that, and I’ve run out of patience for it.

Goodnight everyone.

Thank you for this admin,
this was exactly what you described, he 001
real or not has created a moment of clarity for a lot of concerned sleepless souls all over the world. So this thread should be that - collection of ideas, solutions, home remedies for imunity and virus destruction.

btw. to ALL I did not get an answer to my question here and on the main thread:
Would it help to have warmed up sauna with a lot of humidity and warmth to destroy COv and restart lungs /humidity/ ?
