A virus does not have to kill you to be an effective weapon.

Look what it has already done, China is in lockdown.

USA and CN let it happen but in a controlled environment monitoring each step of perpertrators and infected people.
hence arrests and prompt lockdowns,

CN has got carte blanche to remove theeir political opponents while culling population a bit[disparity between men womoan] but in return it will reset the economy = destroy the FEd

Hi 001,

Given your assessment of the math are others that you work with in agreement?

How does this impact our timeline in USA?

Thank you

Is there any possibility of transparency among anyone to address this virus? Think about it...Right now the virus has the upper hand in this war.

The virus is showing more intelligence and effective coordination. It’s gaining in strength as it goes.

Leaders need to put their egos and fears in their pockets and support transparency. Otherwise...we are on the titanic listening to the band as we sink into the abyss.
 Quoting: SkyTraveler

If you read all of 001's original posts, he mentions many times that transparency is not the goal. In fact, it is the opposite goal. The goal is to keep the public as calm and orderly as possible so as to buy time to find a treatment. I don't know if this will prove to be the right decision, but it certainly is a logical one with sound rationale.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78322848

Hi, you misread my point... leaders need to allow transparency so the experts can gather essential data to combat this. If information is hidden it places regular people at risk who are oblivious to the risks.

I understand the goal of not spooking the herd. And buying time.

Thank you

I was wondering why no one seems to be talking about LYMPH (a colorless fluid containing white blood cells, which bathes the tissues and drains through the lymphatic system into the bloodstream.)

It would seem a key strategy for keeping healthy or dealing with this virus.

When sick we tend to lay in bed, the lymph requires movement to move and do it's job.

This is why rebounders (small trampolines) are so healing and also those vibration plates you can sit on or stand on-- gets things moving.

Also, haven't seen any mention of MSM (sulfur) would seem to be a good add on to the medicine list.

It is bitter, but no worse than chewing on an aspirin

Most don't get what they need from diet, and diet is one of the things we are saying we can do to help

"Methylsulfonylmethane, more commonly known as MSM, is a popular dietary supplement used to treat a wide array of symptoms and conditions.

It’s a sulfur-containing compound found naturally in plants, animals and humans. It can also be produced in a lab to create dietary supplements in powder or capsule form.

MSM is widely used in the alternative medicine field and by people looking for a natural way to relieve joint pain, reduce inflammation and boost immunity.

In addition, research supports its use in treating a number of conditions from arthritis to rosacea."

"MSM supplements are beneficial for helping the body form new joint and muscle tissue while lowering inflammatory responses that contribute to swelling and stiffness. An MSM supplement is a natural and effective anti-inflammatory because of how sulfur impacts the immune system and facilitates normal cellular activity. Sulfur needs to be present for our cells to release many byproducts and excess fluids that can accumulate and cause swelling/tenderness."

Re: Coronavirus Intel Clearinghouse
The CDC has been monitoring the coronavirus in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China since August of 2019. The virus did not make the news until December of 2019.
The virus causes respiratory illness. Virus can only live outside of the body anywhere from seconds to 48 hours.

So why are Chinese spraying their cities with some currently unknown chemical, though it is suspected to be bleach. Check out the videos, I see no smooth surfaces anywhere, so what is the point?

Thoughts?

No intel, but I questioned from the early days of this outbreak why people were being told to eat indoors only, and why disinfectant was being sprayed everywhere. That's when I learned that hantavirus has long been a problem in Wuhan and Hubei. Nowadays, people are vaccinated against it. Housing conditions in Hubei have improved, but not for everyone. There are still occasional cases of hantavirus in Hubei, and the area is ideal for its spread -- marshy, lots of bodies of water, etc. It is endemic.

Why the elderly? Who gets the hantavirus vaccine?

Look to the problem of treatment-resistant TB as to the living conditions for many elderly in Wuhan and the countryside of Hubei. The inferior, overcrowded, unhygienic living conditions that contribute to the spread of TB are also ideal for mice and rats, which carry hantavirus.

I'd really like to know how many of the coronavirus desths occurred in people with these two conditions, buts the thought that multiple viruses and infections circulating at the sane time is a matter of grave concern.

Of course the spraying could be due to spitting, public urination and defecation, people dying in the streets or sonething else, but I think it is something more, something that is everywhere. Rodents, pigeons? I don't know.

Hello 011, from another thread:

The wuhan virus is identical to the ACE2 key-- and it fits into the keyhole.

So-- flooding the body with ACE2 would be a means of sopping up the virus-- NOT inhibiting ACE2.

What's your take on that.. some suggested ACE2 inhibitors, but this person thinks it could make matters worse.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78455686

Hello, friend. See my post directly above yours. This ACE2 issue is contradictory. Will be interesting to see OP’s reply.

.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75214035

It's not contradictory. There are two ways to inhibit a receptor site: Competitively, and antagonistically

1) Competitively: flooding the receptor with other ligands that outnumber the target. By introducing ACE2 agonists (activators) the virus has to compete for open ACE2 receptors

2) Antagonistically: ACE2 antagonists bind with ACE2 receptors and disable their functionality. This can happen at the normal binding site, or at binding sites that do not compete with agonists, but stop the receptor from functioning regardless of if there is an agonist present.

Both methods can be used simultaneously to greater effect than individually. Using too many antagonists could cause loss of functionality of the ACE2 receptor, which could have bad effects. Using too many competitive agonists could cause excessive ACE2 signalling and eventual ACE2 downregulation, which could have bad effects. Using a blend of the two will have the best ratio of blocking the virus with minimal bad effects.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77895901

OP, that’s an excellent explanation, thank you!

Now though.... dosages.

I realize you can’t recommend a dosage without running afoul with the law, so let’s phrase it this way:

If YOU were a 200-pound male that wanted to protect yourself against the 2019NCoV, how many mg of an ACE2 agonist and inhibitor would YOU take, how frequently, and over what period?

....and what would those numbers be if you were a 130-pound woman?

BTW, considering your posts may likely be saving actual lives in the near future, I cannot express my gratitude for your time and knowledge. Please disregard the trolls.

THANK YOU.
.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75214035

OP, you may as well disregard my question above. It seems any form of ACE2 agonist/antagonist/inhibitor is by prescription only.

Any suggestions on OTC or natural alternatives to achieve approximately similar results to ACE2 meds?

Okay 001, my question is one I don't fully understand myself.

MxA research into a SARS vaccine, which was tested in Hong Kong, and Mx2 research into the novel genetic lineage Hantaan (hantavirus) virus in Wuhan, conducted at Wuhan University. Is this somehow related to the coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan? The Wuhan research was done on mice.

This damn thing is all backwards. With a regular flu, we don't do fever reducers unless the temp gets over 103.5, and we treat it with elderberry syrup and we knock out flus in 72 hours. So, with this, your advice would be to suppress the immune response and not try to push it along?

Assuming you aren't able to find an effective treatment, could you recommend any available remedies? I've been planning, for instance, on following the 1000mg/hr Vitamin C regimen for 6-12 hours and then 3000mg per day afterwards after reading an NIH paper on flu from the 90s.

He is referring to a cytokine storm. this happen in response to a low level of vitamin D3. if the cell doesnt get D3 it has no idea what to do or how to fight the pathogenic invader. D3 although called a "vitamin" is actually a hormone and it contains the information required to fight pathogens. If not enough free D3 is available in your blood stream your cells release loads of cytokines which is basically a signal saying "help i dont know what to do, so i am going to do the only thing i know how and release cytokines. Please send some D3". A severe lack of D3 will subsequent cause a cytokine storm because all o fthe cells will react this way.

There was a debate amongst MDs during the H1N1 outbreak pertaining to the same exact thing. Essentially this MDs are clueless. a cytokine storm is a direct result of viral load and lack of D3. if you have plentiful D3 and knock back the viral load with elderberry, and/or nano silver mixed in with some vit C this should do the trick. but dont try to reduce the fever. It has nothing to do with the cytokine storm, and will help to reduce the viral load by virtue of raising the core temp and making it harder for the virus to replicate.

If you arent currently taking D3 you need to mega dose for a while. It takes a while to build up in your bloodstream. I woudl take 10-15000 iu a day for about a week then cut back to 5000 iu a day after that for maintenance. If you feel something coming on take 50,000 iu for a couple of days. then scale back to 10,000. hope this helps

here you go...

[link to www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov (secure)]

here is a snippet from the study

"Deaths during the 1918–1919 influenza pandemic have been linked to both the influenza virus and secondary bacterial lung infections. Case fatality rates and percentage of influenza cases complicated by pneumonia were available from survey data for twelve United States locations in the 1918–1919 pandemic. This study analyzes case fatality rates and cases complicated by pneumonia with respect to estimated summertime and wintertime solar ultraviolet-B (UVB) doses as indicators of population mean vitamin D status. Substantial correlations were found for associations of July UVB dose with case fatality rates (r = −0.72, p = 0.009) and rates of pneumonia as a complication of influenza (r = −0.77, p = 0.005). Similar results were found for wintertime UVB. Vitamin D upregulates production of human cathelicidin, LL-37, which has both antimicrobial and antiendotoxin activities. Vitamin D also reduces the production of proinflammatory cytokines, which could also explain some of the benefit of vitamin D since H1N1 infection gives rise to a cytokine storm. The potential role of vitamin D status in reducing secondary bacterial infections and loss of life in pandemic influence requires further evaluation.
 Quoting: mr dull socks

Where are the latest studies or anyone reporting that Vitamin D stopped their cytokine storm? If this were the case it should be well known by many, are you just grasping at straws here?

Okay, so returning to natural alternatives to ACE2 agonist/blocker options...

I pulled this nice little layman’s explanation of the NCoV ACE2 entry point from another related thread:

From that same thread:

What you are looking for is to block that ACE2-facilitated infection of your cells by blocking the ACE2. There are different ways to do that.
Scientists have been looking for molecules that can block the ACE2, and they found various ways...

As you do not want to wait until you are admitted to the hospital and then try to persuade the doctors to follow an alternative way of treating you, the only option is to find a natural way to do it yourself.

So, here are your natural options, approved by scientists:

In this study, we summarize several active compounds including baicalin, Scutellarin, Hesperetin, Nicotianamine and Glycyrrhizin that could have potential anti-2019-nCov effects, and we conduct molecular docking to predict their capacity for binding ACE2, subsequently preventing the 2019-nCov infection. „
[link to www.preprints.org (secure)]

Abstract:
„The outbreak of SARS warrants the search for antiviral compounds to treat the disease. At present, no specific treatment has been identified for SARS-associated coronavirus infection. We assessed the antiviral potential of ribavirin, 6-azauridine, pyrazofurin, mycophenolic acid, and glycyrrhizin against two clinical isolates of coronavirus (FFM-1 and FFM-2) from patients with SARS admitted to the clinical centre of Frankfurt University, Germany. Of all the compounds, glycyrrhizin was the most active in inhibiting replication of the SARS-associated virus. Our findings suggest that Glycyrrhizin should be assessed for treatment of SARS.“
[link to www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov (secure)]

.....
Soooooo....... off I went hunting for more info on Glycyrrhizin. I learned too much can be detrimental, but the approved dosing is 250-500mg up to 3 times per day, standardized to contain 20% glycyrrhizinic acid.

I was able to find a 450mg 25% Glycyrrhizin extract online for just $14.

So that should help on the ACE2 blocker side, it needs to be counterbalanced with an ACE2 agonist, yes?

If so, I need to find a natural agonist alternative now....

Your thoughts, OP?

SARS and the new coronavirus target the same cellular lock to infect cells (ACE2)

[link to www.sciencenews.org (secure)]

The author of this VitaminDWiki says:

Chinese Coronaviruses (Wuhan and SARS) attach to cells via ACE2, which is associated with Vitamin D,

It is not clear to me if the association is positive or negative, Will increasing Vitamin D increase or decrease Coronavirus

[link to vitamindwiki.com (secure)]
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 66662033

The ACE2 has nothing the do with vitamin D the VDR receptor is the Vitamin D receptor. not sure why this person is saying this. It is possible they are saying this because Vit D controls gene expression therefore it would control the expression of ACE2, but Vit D controls the expression of virtually everything so not sure how/why the author thinks this is relevant.

Regardless this has nothing to do with a cytokine storm. if the VDR receptor binds wit vit D it will not release inflammatory cytokines. so the more D the better as it pertains to cytokine storm.

What about the damage the Wuhan virus is doing to the body and people in China showing now symptoms asymptomatic falling over and dying coz the virus is attacking the heart, brain, oprgans, cns?

What will Vitamin D do for the incubation period?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 66662033

A person has to be able to digest it.

Daily consumption of pastas, rice, starches in general, leads to 'caked' deposits on the walls of intestines. Food can literally flow as a plug through these inner casings and be excreted with incomplete digestion.

Then oral consumption of medicines loses efficacy.

Furthermore, layered deposits, over time, will contain a multiplicity of microorganisms. In addition to distilled sugars, ptomaine and rancid oils.

When the diarrhea hits... you lose whatever you had and all go down together.

Monoculture has lead to so many ruins.

Soy, MSG, fish sauce == Na-salt overload

Thus taxing the vascular system through swelling and water retention. Let alone what happens to ATP exchange with Na imbalance; e.g. with K & Ca.

Our findings suggest that Glycyrrhizin should be assessed for treatment of SARS.“

Honestly the less exposure this thread has, the better. 001 is working under high stress and seems to be responding more to trolls stupid comments regarding his validatiy/ if he is a shill or not instead posting intel for the people who believe him and have real questions.

More exposure = more trolls

This should only be about Coronvirus Intel. The more we can stay on topic, the more people will truely be helped

In the end we are all in this together.

Thank you for your time and service, 001!

I was wondering how such an aggressive virus remains unnoticed for two weeks while it is being spread. Is it replicating, but not to the point of creating symptoms? Does it reach a certain point and then go wild? Thanks for any light you can shed on this!

Maybe got his phone taken away and/or is just too busy.

I noted that the announcement China is requesting remdisvir (sp?) patent coincided with 001 going silent. Could be something, could be nothing.
