Let’s not discount plain old ascorbic acid vitamin c too much, y’all. It’s probably not quite as good as liposomal but it’s still good and it’s dirt cheap. Like ten times less expensive. A lot of people can’t afford the expense of megadosing liposomal. Maybe have liposomal for every day regular doses and ascorbic for megadoses when you’re sick. Dr. Paulding’s study was done with ascorbic as was a 1991 NIH study on flu patients and they both got good results.
