The way I deal with the possibility with death is to realize that life on this planet is never guaranteed to be without trouble or pain. As a matter of fact, for most of history people have died in pretty bad ways. Rarely does one leave this planet peacefully and no one gets out of this alive.

If you see that your birth, life and utlimate death is just a part of the circle of life, phases in nature, then you can stand up to the possiblity of mortality without fear. Because Life is, was and always will be. It was alive before you were even here and we are all part of the same life energy. We are one forever.
