Klaus Eberwein was a Haitian government official and businessman.

He was found dead on Wednesday 12 July 2017, a week before he was due to testify before the Haitian Senate’s Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission.

He is was reportedly expected to have testified about corruption within the Clinton Foundation.
