Three pilots in my family, I am not one. But I said it here ten years ago, the second they put TSA in the airports I stopped flying and haven't left the country. I drive only, enjoy the scenery im not too busy to drive, I loved the convenience of flying and having more time to play at my destination. But ill be damned if im gonna subject myself to TSA....ever! Until they are removed im done flying. Ill stick to my remote control helicopters and airplanes for my thrill.  Same here. I wonder how difficult it would be to learn to run a 40' sailboat on open water. So, blue water sailing? You'd want a slightly larger boat for longer journeys. 51' would do. Then just bring along 2 people one of who half kind of knows what they are doing, it is getting in and out of ports and docking that is the skill. The sailing part isn't that hard if you don't get into rough waters or have to navigate around prominence's at night. But it still kind of takes a few years. And then it is something you keep learning as you go, because, well sometimes you are forced to. Quoting: Sikhed The last thing I want is the possibility of being quarantined with a bunch of sick strangers far away from home. Entire FLEETS of cruise ships have been quarantined since last week. Last count I heard of at least 3 or 4 with at least 300+ people on each. I cancelled a trip overseas last week because of fear of flying with anyone from China and the last fucking thing I want to do is breath the same air, they do!!!!! Until this shit burns itself out, it's safe to say your ass at home. Trips can wait. The last one could be one to the morgue if you are impatient. |

Asked our family doctor and said as long as we took some simple precautions we'd be ok. This is a quick clip of our entourage last week as we flew over there. We just started calling them our Snowman Suits! Having a blast while we don't have to wait in line for anything! We had been warned of the terrible traffic but its been really clear so far.
