Americans to be removed from cruise ship in Japan

One of the Americans on the ship is doing a live feed from the ship (not sure where the actual feed is being broadcast)
It seems they are saying the Americans are going to be removed. I just missed the end of the comments.

She stated the embassy told her they wouldn't have to be quarantined as they have been isolated for 14 days. 14 days of isolation on an infected ship. They must be quarantined.

If I understand correctly, the number of those testing positive has doubled. 136 positive now.
