Sending peacekeepers to the zone of the Karabakh conflict is possible only with the consent of Armenia and Azerbaijan, the press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov said on October 3.

“Peacekeepers can enter only with the consent of the two parties,” a Kremlin spokesman told RBC.

Earlier on Saturday, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan noted that the introduction of peacekeepers in Karabakh can only be discussed at the level of the OSCE Minsk Group (RF, USA, France) on settlement. He pointed out that Moscow is a co-chairing country, and the Minsk Group is doing everything to establish peace in the region.
