Reports from Stepanakert that drones, artillery and even LORA missiles are being used. Air defenses have been attempting to shoot them down but there are so many it's proving difficult. Sirens continue through the morning. Heavy shelling reported again in Stepanakert.

Last night and this morning another massive shelling of Stepanakert, the capital of Nagorno-Karabakh. The biggest so far. There were still many civilians in the city today, especially women, children, mothers of soldiers on the fronts and old men.

Nevertheless, Azerbaijan, with the support of Turkey, is shelling the city with rockets, drones and, today, apparently with cluster bombs. Everything falls directly into the city center. There was no electricity in the evening. The locals have had several wars, but they say they have never experienced this before.
