Man decapitated in assault near Paris, anti-terror probe under way: prosecutors

Graphic footage has also emerged of what appears to be an Armenian/NKR soldier beating an incapacitated Azerbaijani soldier in the head with a rifle. A still from this video can be seen below.

The soldier in question is wearing a uniform and helmet consistent with those used by Armenian/NKR troops and Armenian can be heard being spoken in the video.
