What matters is to have YOUR OWN CAPACITY OF SELF-DEFENCE, FOR MINIMUM 72 HRS, THEN YOU MAY HOPE FOR CAVALRY OR BETTER SAY, THE FIFTH COLUMN TO ARRIVE. You known, the 5th column NEVER CAME. Considering the actual potential of destruction I think that in 72 hrs any small country can turn into a desert or worse, a no man's land.
