The welfare types who dont drive or have vehicles in my area take the carts push them all over town and leave them where ever the fuck they like miles away from the store. I would get it if they actually used it to carry too and from on rotation but they dont they just dump them in the ponds, creeks, over hillsides. This is why 1 in 3 maybe 1 in 4 welfare recipients needs to be gassed.

When im shopping im in and out, and park just like he did usually 50 yards away from any cart rack.

If I park at a store and there is a loose cart or two in the vicinity when I arrive, I almost always take them to a cart corral.

How would you feel if an abandoned cart from a lazy bastard blew right into your door and scraped up the side? All this tough guy talk of the snitches get stitches tone would change to, hey some lazy bastard didn't put his cart away and it blew into my car. My opinion is if you are healthy enough to chase someone around a parking lot you can take you cart back to the cart area where the cart people are paid to retrieve the carts from.

I see them between handicapped spots and it’s actually good. My grandmothers needs a walker but she can’t shop with one. If there’s a cart near her handicapped spot she can just grab it, use it as a walker, and then shop. When she’s done she can’t return it to the rack. Is this guy going to harass her too?

Does anyone know if this is a nationwide organization? I would love to run in to this guy and I’m not even a fighter. But I would do what Alec Baldwin does and destroy the camera just because I could.
