Not sure where this cart asshole is located. In my home state of Texas, or where I live now, Missouri, its a good way to possibly get shot. A lot of good folks carry side arms. People older than me (old as dirt) seem to appreciate it. I think of it as helping two people,the customer and the person that gathers them up and returns them to the store entrance.
